My favorite desk isn't actually a desk—it's a dining table. Deep navy built-ins, a generous warm wood work surface, white slipcovered seating, and simple styling create a home office that works hard without looking like an office at all.

A home office is considerably better when you don't immediately want to leave it the minute you're finished working. Soft blue cabinetry, white slipcovered swivel chairs, a dining table used as a desk, warm brass, and tailored drapery create a workspace that feels just as inviting as the rest of the house.
